Have you ever thought about a skate park in Kasson?



The Kasson Skate Park Committee is a group of kids, parents and interested adults who believe a skate park would be a valuable asset for this community. A skate park would give kids a safe place to skate while getting the skateboarders out of the downtown business district. This could be a win/win situation for all those concerned about skateboarding in Kasson.

The group has talked to the Kasson Park and Recreation Board and it appears as though building a skate park is a very realistic possibility. Money is currently trying to be raised to help fund this project. Some money has been raised, but the amount is still short of the goal. 



What are your thoughts about having a Skate Park in Kasson?
